On Campus Recruiting for Students

More than 100 companies conduct on-campus interviews in a variety of majors each year at Mercyhurst. In recent years, more international, national, regional and local employers have taken advantage of the extended hospitality of the Mercyhurst College community and the highly developed talents of Mercyhurst students.

Students are encouraged to visit the Office of Career Services on a regular basis to review the continuously updated recruiter list and to secure convenient interview days and times. Students are prepared for the recruiting process through resume construction, interviewing techniques and professional attire readiness. Candidates meet with recruiters on a one-on-one basis usually in half-hour interview time slots. Upon completion of the interview, students are advised on the next step in the hiring process.
