New Copiers are being installed by IKON Office Solutions over the summer. Along with the new copiers you’ll see a new look to the DocuCenter. With a fresh coat of paint, new carpeting, new copiers and the same staff, we’re excited to kick the season off with the IKON DocuCenter of Mercyhurst College. The IKON DocuCenter will provide the same copy and print services that you are accustomed to.

Along with the new name come new features. IKON will be introducing a new web-based tool, IKON TRAC Solution, which will allow you to send and track copy jobs through the DocuCenter. IKON TRAC availability and training are soon to come.

Consultation and Supplies

All DocuCenter services are fully supported by the strength of IKON Office Solutions.

Please note: We will accept cash, OneCards and checks only. Credit cards will no longer be accepted.

Printing Services

Receive the most effective printing solutions to meet your requirements including brochures, flyers, postcards, booklets, and special mailing literature. Full-color digital printing, conventional offset printing, and high-speed laser systems can all be combined with finishing services such as folding, and booklet-making. In addition, you can choose from a full range of color, paper type, size, and document construction options. All of these services are available in any quantity, large or small.

Large Format Printing

Large format ink-jet printers can print any size, and can do so on a variety of materials including paper, canvas, vinyl, plastic, and even static cling. Laminating, mounting, and framing are also available. Some applications of large format printing are indoor/outdoor posters, banners, prints, signs, counter displays, backlit signage, and exhibit materials for recruiting and trade shows.

Copying Services

A comprehensive network of copying systems provides you with copies in a variety of sizes. Copies can be one or two-sided, can be in color or black and white, can be enlarged or reduced, and can be made on a variety of different paper colors and weights. The DocuCenter employs a broad range of computer interfacing systems that allow for print from disk, print from desktop, or print from email, and can do so in both Mac and PC platforms. Automated finishing services include collating, stapling, and booklet-making. The DocuCenter can also make color or black and white transparencies, and also heat transfers. Laser printing can be done in color or black and white. Additional services include self-serve copying, high-speed copying, and mail merge.

The Docucenter will be requiring all customers who need copies out of a copyrighted book to sign an Copyright Authorization Release Form.

Additional Products & Services

IKON's TRAC solution will be available in September.

Software to download to enable printing to the new IKON devices will be available the week of August 25th.
