FACULTY & ADMINISTRATION

 

Account Creation Process

  • Accounts are created in conjunction with school hiring process
    • Accounts are batch processed every Monday
    • Your account should be created the Monday following your offical hiring
  • Accounts remain active, as long as you are employed by Mercyhurst
      • You are responsible for the maintaining your network folder account
      • Current Faculty and Administration network folder size and storage limits

Account Termination Process

  • Accounts are terminated upon termination of employment
  • Accounts may be terminated without notice for violations of Code of Conduct

 


 

STUDENTS

 

Account Creation Process

  • Accounts are created for all registered Students as part of their original enrollment process
    • New accounts are batch processed every Monday
      • Daily account processing for the week prior to the start of each term
    • Accounts for new Students participating in the Fresh Start programs, are created prior to their arrival date
  • Current Student network folder size and storage limits

Account Termination Process

  • Student accounts termination
    • All Students who have not registered for classes after three terms
      • Their accounts are deleted the following term
    • Student accounts are active for about one year after their last enrolled term
      • Students who leave the school
      • Students who graduate
    • Accounts may be terminated without notice for violations of Code of Conduct
  • Currently registered student accounts are NOT terminated
