To improve security on the network we require users to change network/e-mail/WebAdvisor passwords at least every 180 days. Learn more.

Default Username and Password

The default username and password to log on to network/e-mail, WebAdvisor, and Blackboard are the same.

Please note that by default they are all the same, but the Blackboard password can differ from the WebAdvisor/network/e-mail password. If you change your password for Blackboard, this does not change the password for WebAdvisor/network/e-mail. If you change your password for WebAdvisor/network/e-mail, this does not change the password for Blackboard. WebAdvisor and the network/e-mail passwords will always be the same.

1. Open BlackBoard
2. Select Personal Information from the Tools list
3. Select Change Password option

If you previously created a Password Management Account and forgot your password, you can reset your password using the Password Management Tool. If you have not created an account you must contact the help desk.
